1. It is equipped with a 15.6 inch Full touch screen with function of  Internet of Things(IoT), real-time monitoring, data collection and analysis of machine, made by Taiwan-based FLEXEM;
2. It has self-diagnostic function of troubles and displays the operating pattern,German operating system suitable for worldwide users and guarantee convenient operation;
3. Main board adopted industrial chip imported from USA;
4. Equipped with signal amplification function and excellent anti-interference to avoid dimension errors due to drive aging;
5. Dimension in front of knife will be displayed to facilitate sizes for cutting;
6. Program storage capacity is 300 programs units; each program unit can store 100 items cutting size.
7. computing with four operations, output programs in real time;
8. position resolution of backgauge is 0.01mm, closed-loop control, the locating error is less 0.01mm; no need to adjust locating error. Max backgauge speed: 20m/min

• The working tables are all Chrome-plated and has the device of air cushion, which is easily for back gauge running and rust-proof.
• High Precision Ball lead screw and linear guide-rail makes back gauge run smooth,low noise,accurate positioning,enhance the cutting precision and speed greatly,prolong the service life of paper cutter..
• Adopts Germany double hydraulic technology which with function of adjustable press pressure and speed, with second increased pressure system and soft pressure function. Ensure stable operation within the safe pressure range of 30-65000N.
• It adopts inside electronic knife locker to make cutting more safety and stable.

• Safety device for knife bed,overloading protection for cutting&automatic return safety device.IR photoelectric protection, and buttons by two hands safety devices.
• The large components adopts HT250 cast iron and processed natural ageing treatment, ensure long-time use without deformation.
• Mechanical assistance device for knife replacement makes knife replaced quickly and safely, illuminated working surface/optical cutting line indicator and a tool box with tools, operating instruction, computer manual and spare parts list. It has total 2 standard steel knives.
