1. Paper Feeding Part



1.1 The high-speed paper feeding Feida head adopts four suction and four feeding strong suction paper, and the suction head can adjust various suction angles according to the deformation status of the paper, ensuring smooth paper feeding from thin paper, cardboard, and corrugated paper.

1.2 Equipped with air blowing devices on both sides to facilitate paper separation and ensure smooth paper feeding.

1.3 The paper wall panel adopts ductile iron casting, which has good stability and is suitable for high-speed use.

1.4 Electromechanical dual detector, reducing waste.

The 1.5 tilting paper feeding table is more suitable for high-speed thin paper transportation and positioning. The paper feeding table has a fine adjustment mechanism and can be adjusted without stopping the machine.

4.2 Imported servo motors and control systems achieve precise placement and collection of aluminum foil in both vertical and horizontal directions.

4.3 Twelve heating zones can be independently set for temperature and constant temperature control, which can adapt to more complex electrochemical aluminum transfer printing effects, save energy, and maintain constant temperature stability.

4.4 Electric pressure control system, achieving pressure operation with paper and pressure operation without paper during hot stamping.
