Product Description

1. Equipped with Siemens control system and AC servo control device, enabling faster, more accurate and stable cutting speed.
2. Featured with a 10-inch dual touch screen (with IoT) and self-diagnosis function for simple operation, supporting real-time monitoring of operation parameters, remote program updates and maintenance guidance.
3. Adopts a large recurve structure to flatten cut paper, correcting warping caused by roll curvature effectively.
4. Suitable for various papers including cardboard, coated paper, kraft paper, cultural paper, gold/silver cardboard and tobacco packaging paper.
5. High-precision spiral device with tungsten steel blades ensures cutting precision within ±0.5mm for lengths ≤1000mm.
6. Floating aluminum roller deviation correction device adjusts paper alignment to prevent skewing during cutting.
7. Sun wheel paper delivery device and rubber roller press paper to ensure neat stacking and stable alignment.
8. Pneumatic automatic lifting delivery baffle facilitates easy operation and paper stack handling.
