Product Description

1. Adopts a high-speed paper feeding feeder with four suction and four feeding heads, which can adjust suction angles based on paper deformation, ensuring smooth feeding for both thin paper, cardboard, and corrugated paper.
2. Features paper-feeding wallboards made of QT500-7 ductile iron castings, providing high stability and suitability for high-speed operations.
3. Equips an overall adjustment structure for the paper feeding table flip frame, enabling precise, fast, and stable adjustments during operation.
4. Uses imported high-end stainless steel for the paper feeding table, ensuring low paper-feeding resistance, smooth movement, and long-term durability.
5. Strengthens and enlarges the front/rear transmission wheels and shafts of the gripper chain, guaranteeing rigid and stable operation at high speeds.
6. Integrates an external all-round adjustment mechanism for the paper pressing brush in the delivery section, facilitating efficient adjustment of paper collection structures.
7. Incorporates a paper delivery blowing control system to ensure thin paper is neatly collected even at high operating speeds.
8. Adopts a servo-controlled ball screw automatic pressure regulating device for precise and automated pressure adjustment during stamping and die-cutting processes.
