2. Equipped with an air cushion device on the worktable, reducing friction during paper movement and ensuring smooth handling of different paper textures.
3. Utilizes worm gear reducer-driven ball screws and linear guides for table lifting/lowering, guaranteeing precise and stable vertical movement (20-140cm height range).
4. Adopts worm reducer with rack-and-pinion transmission for left-right table movement, paired with linear guide sliders for effortless and accurate horizontal adjustment.
5. Integrates Japanese Panasonic PLC to monitor all electrical and mechanical components, ensuring automated control over feeding, unloading, and positioning processes.
6. Incorporates imported components: NSK bearings (Japan), Schneider contactors (France), SMC cylinders (Japan), and NORD helical gear units (Germany) for reliable performance.
7. Equipped with Keyence laser photoelectric sensors (Japan) and OMRON IR switches (Japan) for high-precision detection of paper edges and stack status.
