1. Equipped with Siemens control system and AC servo drive, enabling faster, more accurate, and stable cutting speed.
2. Features a 10-inch dual touch screen with IoT (Internet of Things), supporting self-diagnosis, real-time monitoring of operation parameters (e.g., speed, paper count), remote program updates, and maintenance guidance.
3. Adopts a large recurve structure to flatten cut paper, correcting warping caused by roll curvature.
4. Suitable for a wide range of paper types, including cardboard, coated paper, kraft paper, cultural paper, gold/silver cardboard, and tobacco/alcohol packaging paper.
5. High-precision spiral device with tungsten steel blades ensures cutting precision within ±0.5mm for lengths ≤1000mm.
6. Floating aluminum roller deviation correction device adjusts paper alignment during feeding to maintain straightness.
7. Sun wheel paper delivery device and rubber roller press paper to ensure neat stacking and stable paper alignment.
8. Pneumatic automatic lifting delivery baffle facilitates easy operation and paper stack handling.
