Working table is fully chrome-plated with air balls, Japan Mistsubishi alternative numbers control technology, 10 inches display screen, data resolution is up to 0.01mm, self trouble diagnostic function and running type display, 300 program groups, more than 30000 different cutting positions, memory, storage, register precision more or less 0.02mm, dynamic follow-up, max feeding speed 5-10m/min.
Worm speed reducer is used for cutting. Import electrical components, imported ball lead screw are adopted. Linear double guide rails, no-slot working table, ejucting device of knife holder, safety and convenient knife replacement device, safety device for overloading cutting, buttons by two hands safety device, main motor overloading protection for cutting, IR photoelectric protection, paper impeller muster put on steam are adpoted.
In the crucial part imported Japan simple-maintenance bearings are adopted. (electrical components according CE standard. )
