The temperature control system is divided into twelve heating zones, with independent temperature settings and constant temperature control.

1. Paper Feeding Part



1.1 The high-speed paper feeding Feida head adopts four suction and four feeding strong suction paper, and the suction head can adjust various suction angles according to the deformation status of the paper, ensuring smooth paper feeding from thin paper, cardboard, and corrugated paper.

4. Hot Stamping Part


1.The hot stamping function inputs data through the industrial tablet touch screen, and realizes second-generation automatic optimization programming by skipping steps, saving anodized aluminum foil to achieve no big and small steps and a single even step.
2.The imported servo motor and control system realize the accurate placement and retraction of aluminum foil vertically and horizontally.
3.The twelve heating zones can be set independently and controlled by constant temperature, which can adapt to more complex electrochemical aluminum transfer printing effects, save energy, and ensure constant temperature stability.
4.The electric pressure control system enables operation with paper and pressure during hot stamping, and operation without paper and pressure.
