Product Description

1. Adopts worm gear, worm and crankshaft transmission technology, providing high die-cutting pressure up to 220T and ensuring long service life.
2. Equipped with European technology feeder head, enabling adjustable, stable and accurate paper suction, suitable for both cardboard and corrugated paper.
3. Features non-stop paper feeding, precoded paper pile and paper delivery mechanisms, which shorten auxiliary time and improve work efficiency.
4. High-precision gap mechanism ensures die-cutting accuracy within ≤±0.1 mm and smooth operation.
5. Pneumatic plate locking device fixes the die-cutting plate frame firmly and accurately, saving time for installation and adjustment.
6. Photoelectric control system for double sheets, crooked sheets and empty sheets ensures accurate paper positioning and reduces waste.
7. Touch screen HMI enables real-time monitoring of operating status, facilitating quick machine adjustment and troubleshooting.
8. Circulating cooling oil supply system and timing quantitative automatic oil supply system ensure good lubrication for moving parts, enhancing durability.
