1. Equipped with imported AC servo and Siemens PLC control system, ensuring faster, more precise and stable cutting speed.
2. Featured with 15-inch and 10-inch dual touch screens (with IoT) and self-diagnosis function, enabling real-time monitoring of operation parameters, remote program updates and maintenance guidance.
3. Adopts recurve structure to flatten cut paper, correcting warping caused by roll curvature, and ensuring flat and smooth paper.
4. Suitable for a wide range of paper types, including cardboard, coated paper, kraft paper, cultural paper, gold/silver cardboard and tobacco packaging paper, etc.
5. The cut surface is burr-free, directly meeting the standards of offset printing machines without trimming, saving time, materials and labor.
6. High-precision double spiral device with Italian Physis servo drive ensures high precision, good stability and no burrs.
7. Equipped with two-speed conveyor device, making paper collection faster, neater and smoother.
8. Copper tube static bar comprehensively eliminates paper static electricity, and the suction device stabilizes paper collection and feeding.
