Product Description

1. Equipped with a 15.6-inch full-touch screen from Taiwan-based FLEXEM, featuring IoT functionality for real-time machine monitoring, data collection, and analysis.
2. Incorporates a self-diagnostic system for troubleshooting and displays operating patterns, with a German operating system ensuring user-friendly operation for global users.
3. Utilizes high-precision ball lead screw and linear guide-rail, enabling smooth backgauge movement at a maximum speed of 20m/min, with a positioning resolution of 0.01mm and locating error less than 0.01mm.
4. Adopts German double hydraulic technology with adjustable press pressure (30-65000N), a second increased pressure system, and soft pressure function for stable operation within a safe range.
5. Features chrome-plated, slotless working tables with air cushion devices, facilitating easy backgauge movement and providing rust resistance.
6. Integrates multiple safety systems, including an electronic knife locker, IR photoelectric protection, two-hand operation buttons, overload protection, and automatic main motor shutdown in case of faults.
7. Equipped with a mechanical assistance device for quick and safe knife replacement, along with an illuminated working surface and optical cutting line indicator.
8. Supports 300 program units (each storing 100 cutting sizes) and offers functions like four-operation computing, real-time program output, and rapid switching between manual and automatic modes to maximize efficiency.
